Welcome back, I think you should actually stay active for atleast 2-3 months untill your nominated for Mod. Then you have to stay active!

Well, being here for a long time doesn't make you get a shot at becoming mod. It's about how you handle things, and act. Of course, being here for a long time does effect it.
